The prevailing mindset in our society is that we cannot learn new things, that intelligence is something we are born with and cannot further develop, and that some people are talented because they had it at birth. This is called a fixed mindset. The opposite of this is a growth mindset, where we believe that success can be achieved through hard work and effort.
During the workshop, we will learn what a growth mindset is and the differences compared to a fixed mindset. Through exercises, we will strengthen the growth mindset and try to learn that it is never too late to acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Transactional Analysis is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Eric Berne in the 1950s. The most recognizable concept from this branch of psychotherapy is the ego states of Parent, Adult, and Child.
During the workshop, participants will become acquainted with the basic concepts of this approach, which they can apply in their work and everyday lives. The more we get to know ourselves, the easier it is to understand others, enabling better interaction.
