Why do we try so hard to avoid mistakes?

Learn from your mistakes.😅

We get so caught up in doing things perfectly that we forget mistakes are necessary for getting better.
While making mistakes isn’t fun 🥳, they’re actually valuable for learning and growing.

Why do we try so hard to avoid mistakes?
Sometimes, it’s because we’re scared of the consequences or worried about what others will think of us.
We want to be seen as flawless, not realizing that being human🧬 means having flaws.
Other times, we’re trying to please people or prove our worth through our actions.
And sometimes, we try to shield others from making mistakes because we think we know better.

But people need to learn from their own mistakes to truly understand and grow🌱.

After making a mistake, it’s important to acknowledge it and find a positive📈 spin on it.
For example, if we didn’t finish a report on time, it’s a chance to improve our time management skills⏱️.
Then, we need to put those lessons into action by reorganizing our work time. And it’s okay to show vulnerability🧸, as long as we feel safe to do so.

Remember, making mistakes is part of being human.

No matter how perfect we may seem on the outside, we all mess up sometimes.
