These days, workshops have become a go-to solution for companies, often without considering the content’s impact.

But do they make a difference?🤔

Sure, there might bring one or two changes, but nothing major.

I think many companies have unrealistic🙀 expectations about what workshops can achieve.

In most cases, a short workshop can inform you about a topic and give you an idea of what needs to be done.
However, it’s a mistake to think that sending employees to a workshop will bring dramatic changes.

I am often faced with unrealistic expectations from people attending my workshops.
I do my best to address them, but sometimes even that doesn’t make a difference.

👉 Talk to your team members to understand their perspectives—sometimes the issues aren’t what they seem.
