A common request I get is that I come in and fix a certain individual or a team within the company.
What companies often fail to recognise is that real change starts from the top 🗻.
Recently, during workshops with first-line managers, we talked about trust, and many shared their frustration😣, wishing their leaders could hear the same messages.
They wanted their leaders to receive the same knowledge and insights.
They are right.
A company cannot make meaningful progress if senior management believes they can simply hire someone to “fix” the team and they themselves don’t have to make any change.
The reality is:

You cannot teach or inspire others without embodying the change you want to see.
💎 Change begins with you.
Not just in what you say, but in how you lead and act.
💎 Don’t expect others to fix your challenges if you’re not willing to address them head-on yourself.
💎 Without your commitment, engagement, and accountability, true change is impossible.
